Three months ago, I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson.  As a natural health practitioner, he was also offering live blood test.

I have been suffering from panic and anxiety attacks after collapsing last year. I thought I was going to die.  I had a lot of exhaustion, stress and workload at home.  I have a disabled wife and children that were averse to sports!

Apart from the life blood test, I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson to get more information on diet, health and how to alleviate stress.  Doctor Stephen Ferguson wrote and published a book about how to master your health and happiness.  I felt as though I was far from it at the moment!

Doctor Ferguson did the live blood test on me when I visited him at the Natural Health Clinic.  My blood test wasn’t good as it should be.  There were not enough quality red blood cells in my body.  I was also very dehydrated because I wasn’t drinking much fluid.  He did a one and a half hour consultation with me.  We discussed my diet, how to acquire more energy and to strengthen my overall general health.  I put it into practice.  I changed my diet.  I ate more healthy foods that were recommended by Doctor Ferguson and I noticed it really benefitted me in a short space of time.  I came back twelve weeks ago, after being on the programme and had another live blood test.  This time, it showed positive results, my blood cells looked healthier.  There was so much improvement in my health.  I was able to exercise regularly without feeling extremely tired.  It lifted up my mood.  I felt a lot better with myself and fitter too.  I also discussed a diet change for my wife.  She went on the health plan and experienced a tremendous change.  Over the years, she consumed forty two different painkillers and anti-inflammatory a week!  She stopped taking them eventually because the health plan changed her.  She completely stopped taking the painkillers and anti-inflammatory.  She feels really good, no side effects and most of all no pain.  She stuck to the prescribed diet and health programme.

I just want to endorse Doctor Stephen Ferguson and recommend him health programme to everyone to use.  It is vital for health and well being.

I can’t thank him enough for the change in my life and my wife’s health.

My daughter has been suffering from chronic stomach aches since the age of two.  She is now eight years old.  She has always been unwell for the longest of while.  She suffered from stomach cramps, nausea, sickness, pains in her legs and bad headaches.

I have been in and out of GP surgeries and hospitals constantly, at least twice weekly visits to the medical doctor for her dreadful stomach pains.  She has been referred to three different hospitals and specialists over time.  None seem to get to the bottom of her chronic pains in the stomach.

I was very worried that my daughter was not getting any better.  Eventually, one of my friends suggested I visit Doctor Stephen Ferguson who was a natural health doctor.  At this stage, I would try anything to see my daughter get better!  I booked an appointment at the Natural Health Clinic and took my daughter along for consultation.

I brought my son to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson following my friend’s recommendation.  I took him to the Natural Health Clinic after many trips to the GP and my son was not getting any better.

My son suffers from asthma, skin allergies and painful boils on the head.  It got my son down; he became irritable and at times sluggish.  I found it difficult to manage him at home, sometimes I felt helpless when I see him unresponsive.  I let him be as he wants at times because I did not have the heart to be too strict with him.  He was not interacting well with his school mates; his school nurse had a chat with me about it.  His school work suffered because he was ill most times.

My son was on inhalers for his asthma.  He was also overweight.   I had to take him to the GP numerous times for his painful head boils which was treated with antibiotics.  His eczema played up constantly, especially on the arms and neck.  It was itch and weepy with scratch marks.

The results were great!  In one week, my son’s breathing and wheezing stopped.  He did not need to use his inhalers which were daily.  His skin on the neck and arms started to heal.  He made it a point to apply the natural skin cream prescribed by Doctor Stephen Ferguson twice daily.  My son lost weight, nearly a stone in two months which made him happy.  I treated him to some new clothes and that motivated him to stick to the health programme.

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson after being introduced by my close friend.  She was concerned I felt low with my health problems for a few months now.  I have several different problems on the go, sometimes, I feel so fed up and helpless. Every year I make it my goal to lose weight, but I find it so difficult and if I lose some, it comes back after a few weeks.  I was such an active person before, but I have slowed down a lot because of the pain in my knees due to arthritis.  I have high blood pressure, I need to watch out and rest especially when my headaches become bad and have dizzy spells.  I take regular painkillers and medication which sometimes gives me heartburn.  I am also experiencing hot flushes which make it uncomfortable for me especially during the nights and at times during the day.  All these are making me depressed.  I try and cope as best as I can and my best friend gives me a listening ear.  I tend to have more bad days than good days, I really feel low during winter because my knees are so painful and at times swollen and tender.  I am so grateful to my friend, with her encouragement; I booked an appointment to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic.  My friend came along with me for moral support.

I felt comfortable with Doctor Ferguson who made my friend and I laugh.   He has a good sense of humour and I felt at ease to be able to talk to him and tell him of my health problems and how I have been feeling depressed.

I was recommended to visit Doctor Stephen Ferguson by my friend who was helped with her problem of fibroids and tiredness. I looked up Doctor Ferguson on the website. His clients reviews were also very good. So, I decided to make an appointment and see for myself.

I have been suffering from different ailments -fibroids, over tiredness and hypertension for some time.

My periods were heavy, sometimes it lasts for a week and half; I feel so tired and am in pain. Sometimes I feel so heavy and do not have the energy to go to work. I started to get worried because the problem was not getting any better and I could not afford not to work. It was too early for me to think of doing part time work. I have been diagnosed and suffered from psoriasis in the last 5 years. I am 23 years old of Caribbean descent. I’ve been to the doctors and hospital for treatment but nothing helped for the problem to go away. I lost my confidence, self esteem and eventually became depressed. I kept away from people when I felt down.

My skin looked bad, spotted; sometimes it was blotches of rash like skin that was itchy, burning.
