I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because I suffered from high blood pressure, asthma and low immune system. I was weak most of the time, very tired and restless. I had constant flu and cough which was frustrating for me. It was worse during bad weather, very bad chest pain and wheezy. Well mine was not that good, I could see small particles in the surrounding and it was as if there was a blockage somewhere. Anyway I had to go on 8 weeks programme, taking vitamins and food supplements. In addition to that I had to make sure I ate a healthy diet so as to boost my immune. I was so strict on the programme because I wanted it to work. Slowly I began to notice a difference in the way I felt, I realised I had more energy than before. After 4weeks, my chest pain disappeared, the wheezing disappeared too. This was the first time I didn’t have to use my in haler in a very long time and it really surprised me.
