Three months ago, I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson.  As a natural health practitioner, he was also offering live blood test.

I have been suffering from panic and anxiety attacks after collapsing last year. I thought I was going to die.  I had a lot of exhaustion, stress and workload at home.  I have a disabled wife and children that were averse to sports!

Apart from the life blood test, I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson to get more information on diet, health and how to alleviate stress.  Doctor Stephen Ferguson wrote and published a book about how to master your health and happiness.  I felt as though I was far from it at the moment!

Doctor Ferguson did the live blood test on me when I visited him at the Natural Health Clinic.  My blood test wasn’t good as it should be.  There were not enough quality red blood cells in my body.  I was also very dehydrated because I wasn’t drinking much fluid.  He did a one and a half hour consultation with me.  We discussed my diet, how to acquire more energy and to strengthen my overall general health.  I put it into practice.  I changed my diet.  I ate more healthy foods that were recommended by Doctor Ferguson and I noticed it really benefitted me in a short space of time.  I came back twelve weeks ago, after being on the programme and had another live blood test.  This time, it showed positive results, my blood cells looked healthier.  There was so much improvement in my health.  I was able to exercise regularly without feeling extremely tired.  It lifted up my mood.  I felt a lot better with myself and fitter too.  I also discussed a diet change for my wife.  She went on the health plan and experienced a tremendous change.  Over the years, she consumed forty two different painkillers and anti-inflammatory a week!  She stopped taking them eventually because the health plan changed her.  She completely stopped taking the painkillers and anti-inflammatory.  She feels really good, no side effects and most of all no pain.  She stuck to the prescribed diet and health programme.

I just want to endorse Doctor Stephen Ferguson and recommend him health programme to everyone to use.  It is vital for health and well being.
