I was recommended to visit Doctor Stephen Ferguson by my friend who was helped with her problem of fibroids and tiredness. I looked up Doctor Ferguson on the website. His clients reviews were also very good. So, I decided to make an appointment and see for myself.

I have been suffering from different ailments -fibroids, over tiredness and hypertension for some time.

My periods were heavy, sometimes it lasts for a week and half; I feel so tired and am in pain. Sometimes I feel so heavy and do not have the energy to go to work. I started to get worried because the problem was not getting any better and I could not afford not to work. It was too early for me to think of doing part time work. I do not want to feel old before my time for sure!

My mate recommended me to come see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because I had some health problems. I was worried that I felt pain in my kidneys, stiffness in my shoulders due to arthritis and I was thin. I wanted to gain weight but found it very hard to gain weight. I was tired most of the time.

I sometimes experience pain or on my sides, sometimes on one side, sometimes both sides nearing the back. My GP thinks tells me most likely its to do with my kidneys, and asked me to see the nurse for blood tests. Quite a few blood tests were done but the pain still carried off and on.

I also have pain in my shoulders. Sometimes it is very painful, at other times it is mainly stiff and uncomfortable. In the night, it is hard to get a good sleeping position, I rub some ointment to keep it warm and try to fall asleep. In the morning I have to get up slowly without twisting and turning too much. Sometimes I put a hot wet towel to warm up the shoulders and neck so that I can move a little more quickly if I have work to do in the morning. By the time I get home, I am in pain, I have a headache and feel overly tired.

I try to eat my dinner well, because I hardly prepare a good breakfast because of the time I take to get ready in the morning. It is too slow. But by the time I get home, I prepare my dinner, I am so tired that I eat half of my dinner! I am losing weight even more so. As it is I am a slim built person. I was not happy with my overall health.

I am so glad I listened to my mate and went to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson. He helped me so much. God bless him! I told him of my side and back pain, shoulders and my weight loss. I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson after attending one of his health seminars. I value my health so paid him a visit at his natural health clinic for a full body MOT and especially a live blood test. I have been suffering from sinus on and off for a long while and feel tired most of the time. I am not old but dont want to feel old in my body! I dread to think if I feel tired most of the time, what it would be like when I grow much, much older!

I get coughs and colds quite often. It takes a long time before it goes away. It affects my sinus problems even more. I get headaches, sometimes my face feel tender and at times swollen and painful. When I lie down I can feel like water dripping to the back of my throat. It makes my throat itchy and I cough and clear my throat so often that it makes it sore. Then my neck and shoulders get achy, I feel my head is heavy and sometimes I feel hot. It makes me restless at night, hardly have a good night’s rest. I feel irritable at times, especially during the morning. I constantly take painkillers to stop the headache. When I am in front of my laptop for a while, I feel light headed and sniffling most of the time. Sometimes, I stuff a tissue up my nose to stop the leakage. At times I have to keep on clearing my throat; it feels itchy and irritates the back of my throat. I come back from work feeling very tired. I eat and sometimes fall asleep in front of the television. I don’t spend much time with my son and help him with his homework. I get frustrated, because I just want to sit down quietly without feeling this heaviness on my neck and head.

When I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson, I explained to him about my sinus and tiredness and how it is affecting my life and causing me to be frustrated and irritable at most times. I have been diagnosed and suffered from psoriasis in the last 5 years. I am 23 years old of Caribbean descent. I’ve been to the doctors and hospital for treatment but nothing helped for the problem to go away. I lost my confidence, self esteem and eventually became depressed. I kept away from people when I felt down.

My skin looked bad, spotted; sometimes it was blotches of rash like skin that was itchy, burning. I have been suffering from hypertension, arthritis and diabetes for as long as I can remember! My arthritis was bad, painful to walk which limited what I can do in a day. I like walking. I meet my neighbours and have a little chat on the street or in the park, sometimes do a little shopping and come back and have a little cup of tea. Now, I have to be careful and not to overdo with the walking. I can take short walks but return home with aches and pain. I have to take my pain tablets, rest and wait for the pain to subside to a dull ache. I don’t enjoy walking the way I used to because now it is an effort. I stay home to rest and not overdo it. I also notice I get tired more easily even while resting in front of the television! Even going upstairs to my room became an effort! My son and daughter’s family are good to me. They now help me to do my food shopping when I am unable to go out and do it myself. When I take a rest, my joints especially my lower back and knees become painful and stiff. I have been going for physiotherapy for a long while but my pain was still the same or sometimes worse. I was disappointed and went back to consult my doctor. My next step recommended to me was to go for hip replacement surgery. I worried and feared that I may take a longer time to recover because of my other health problems, diabetes and hypertension.

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because I suffered from arthritis, oedema and high blood pressure. My arthritis was so bad that some times I could not come out of bed. My ankles were very sore and joints very stiff and this really restricted my movement. I had to buy shoes bigger than my size so as to fit my swollen feet. It was difficult for me to move around freely without hurting myself. The oedema caused my blood pressure to rise even more. I had to rely on tablets to control the pain. Even with the tablets I was still in agony.

 

I came to see Dr Stephen Ferguson for help. However the first thing he did was to do a live blood test where I could see my blood live on screen, this was scary. My blood was terrible, it was cramped together, and circulation was very poor. Dr Stephen Ferguson advised me to change my diet, eat more  natural products. He also put me on the 8weeks programme, gave me vitamins and food supplements. He also strongly urged me to do exercises however little, to help with blood flow and also with the swelling. After a few weeks I realised I felt different, a lot more energy. The swelling on my ankle went down and I could move around better than before. I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because I suffered from constipation and blurred vision. I had constipation for a long period of time. I could spend almost a week without opening my bowels. I had to rely on laxatives to help me empty my bowels. The doctors could not find a clear explanation as to why I was facing that problem. I was really suffering, I remember I used to see my little ones struggling with constipation and I always under estimated the kind of pain that it would cause towards someone but now I completely understand. I have drunk all the water that there is I can drink, eaten all the recommended foods to help with easy bowel movement but all in vain. My visits to the toilet became long and tiring. I had severe stomach pain and lower abdominal pain on the left hand side of my stomach that it was so sluggish and un comfortable. I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because I suffered from high blood pressure and fibroids. I had fibroids since I was 19years old and I have now had them for 10 years. It started as severe bleeding whenever I got my periods and was very painful too. My energy was too low. With time it became worse that I felt vulnerable and would stay at home whenever I got my periods to avoid embarrassment.  I was always rushing to the toilet. At first my Gp was adamant about the bleeding, I kept complaining to him but kept pushing me away saying those were just period symptoms and just gave pain killers. It was until one day that the pain became so un bearable that I was rushed to hospital when the doctors mentioned something about fibroids. I became concerned about these fibroids that I pressured my Gp to make a referral for me to see a gynaecologist. I was so worried about what would happen next, I imagined I would never be able to have children. I suffered for a long time. At the time I became desperate to have children that I went on IVF, but then I started missing my periods, so all those plans went down drain and went back to zero.

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because I suffered from high blood pressure, arthritis, shingles, fatigue, overweight and chest pain. I was in so much pain all over. Whenever it had an episode of the shingles rash, my stomach would get upset, triggering diarrhoea and vomiting. I had too much muscle pain that felt like piercing needles. Extreme fatigue, joint pains was a massive problem. I was always in bed, could not do anything at all. It was as if my entire body had shut down. I came see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because I suffered from fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 12 years ago but it has been a night mare all these past years. The doctors kept prescribing me steroids and anti-inflammatories which left me with horrible side effects and the illness unsuccefully treated.
