I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson after suffering from fibroids and arthritis.  I heard about him through a radio talk show.  He sounded very motivated and straight talking about health problems.  I also checked his website and heard some of the testimonials of various people that have visited him. He treated people in a natural way.   They all sounded positive and I decided to give it a try.  I am a vegan, so being treated the natural way is the approach to be healed!  Although being a vegan for many years, I find that my health was not that quite right.  I suffer from fibroids.  When I lie down, I can actually feel them when I put my hand on my lower tummy.  I always felt heaviness around my lower tummy.  I am careful with what I eat and am not overweight.  I’ve tried different herbal remedies but it did not give me much relieve.

My back and shoulders are stiff, especially after getting out of bed in the morning.  I take constant warm baths to ease the stiffness and pain morning and evening.  Laying in the water for too long made my skin very dry.

On top of that, I suffer from floaters in my eyes and I experience flashing lights which is a scary experience.  I sometimes suffer from bad headaches.

I also suffer from candida which causes itching, tenderness and dryness in the genital area.  My health was generally just not good!

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson after suffering from chronic fatigue, blocked digestive problems and feeling very low about myself most days.  I was recommended by my aunt’s friend who went to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson for a live blood test.  She sees him for regular checkups and is happy with her health treated in a natural way.

I like dancing and used to go for classes twice every week.  My constant tiredness became a problem, I find myself sitting at home most days after part time work.  I felt depressed because my friends and at times my family said I was lazy.  I stopped going for dance classes because I was upset with my friends.  I was sleeping a lot when I was home.  I became irritable and found it difficult to express myself with how I felt. I don’t think they wanted to listen to me because I was thought of being lazy!

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson after struggling with Graves disease for some time.  Graves disease is a condition where my thyroid level is overactive and produce too much thyroid hormones.  As a result of that, in my situation, it caused problems such as headaches, migraines, and dizziness, loss of appetite, changes in body temperature- hot and cold, constant tiredness.  It even affected my eyes too! My vision became blurred and felt uncomfortable in the eyes. I never walked out of my home without my sunglasses.  My eyes were sensitive to light, even when there was no sun, they were dry and felt very uncomfortable.  Sometimes I had to focus to really see or read because at times, my vision became very blurry.   I visited the doctors and hospital many times.  I was prescribed medication and eye drops to reduce my eye discomfort.  I read about the illness to help me understand and cope with it.  I read that it is an “autoimmune” disease where the body attacks itself, in my situation; it was attacking my thyroid glands and my eyes.

I felt like I was losing control of myself at times which made me feel helpless.  I lost my appetite, I couldn’t control my weight, it was swinging but losing more weight.  Most of the times, I was tired and felt no energy to do things, even simple things.  Concentration became a problem and gave up doing things very quickly.  I went back to see the doctors several times, eventually suggested radioactive iodine as a last resort to reduce my thyroid gland.  The downside to this is a possibility of thyroid under activity, another condition to live with!  I didn’t want to accept that!

I am so glad to have gone to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson.  He did a live blood test and put me on a supervised health programme.  I feel so much better, my weight is better, I’ve gained my appetite back, my dizziness and tiredness have gone.  I have the motivation to exercise.  My energy is so much better.

I suffer from severe hypothyroidism which makes me very tired most of the time. My concentration is far from good. This affects my work and sometimes I make frequent mistakes. I started to feel worried and went back to the doctors again. She changed the strength of my medication. I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson two months ago. I was suffering from very high blood pressure, painful knees and very, very tired most of the time. I am in my early 30’s. I was afraid that I was not getting better with the different health problems and I did not want to be tablet dependent for the rest of my life.

My knee pain was excruciating. I used to go to the gym three times a week because I wanted to keep fit for fear of putting on too much weight. It was an effort to keep it up to three times a week because my knees were playing up most of the time. Especially one of them. I had to be careful with the type of exercises I did so that my knees does not have further damage. I lost my enthusiasm at the gym because I could not train very hard. I was tired and in pain. Sometimes, I get up with tenderness around the knee joints. It could be worse on the left knee and then in a couple of days time, the pain will be worse in the right knee. I used heat pads, knee guards, rub balm on the knee and took pain killers to help with the pain.

I also had to be careful, because I suffer from high blood pressure. When I get my blood pressure checked, it always seems high. It was disappointing because I try to rest and tried changing my lifestyle a bit but did not get very far. My extreme tiredness reduced my social life to nothing at times especially during the weekend. I hardly had the energy to go out with my mates. When I am home, I sleep and rest during the evenings and spend most of the time indoors with my two children rather than taking them out. Sometimes I felt life was dull and boring. I know it was because I was unable to do much and felt unfair to suffer from high blood pressure in my 30’s.

I was recommended to visit Doctor Stephen Ferguson by my friend who was helped with her problem of fibroids and tiredness. I looked up Doctor Ferguson on the website. His clients reviews were also very good. So, I decided to make an appointment and see for myself.

I have been suffering from different ailments -fibroids, over tiredness and hypertension for some time.

My periods were heavy, sometimes it lasts for a week and half; I feel so tired and am in pain. Sometimes I feel so heavy and do not have the energy to go to work. My mate recommended me to come see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because I had some health problems. I was worried that I felt pain in my kidneys, stiffness in my shoulders due to arthritis and I was thin. I wanted to gain weight but found it very hard to gain weight. I was tired most of the time.

I sometimes experience pain or on my sides, sometimes on one side, sometimes both sides nearing the back. My GP thinks tells me most likely its to do with my kidneys, and asked me to see the nurse for blood tests. Quite a few blood tests were done but the pain still carried off and on.

I also have pain in my shoulders. Sometimes it is very painful, at other times it is mainly stiff and uncomfortable. In the night, it is hard to get a good sleeping position, I rub some ointment to keep it warm and try to fall asleep. In the morning I have to get up slowly without twisting and turning too much. Sometimes I put a hot wet towel to warm up the shoulders and neck so that I can move a little more quickly if I have work to do in the morning. By the time I get home, I am in pain, I have a headache and feel overly tired.

I try to eat my dinner well, because I hardly prepare a good breakfast because of the time I take to get ready in the morning. It is too slow. But by the time I get home, I prepare my dinner, I am so tired that I eat half of my dinner! I am losing weight even more so. As it is I am a slim built person. I was not happy with my overall health.

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson after attending one of his health seminars. I value my health so paid him a visit at his natural health clinic for a full body MOT and especially a live blood test. I have been suffering from sinus on and off for a long while and feel tired most of the time. I am not old but dont want to feel old in my body! I dread to think if I feel tired most of the time, what it would be like when I grow much, much older!

I get coughs and colds quite often. It takes a long time before it goes away. It affects my sinus problems even more. I get headaches, sometimes my face feel tender and at times swollen and painful. When I lie down I can feel like water dripping to the back of my throat. It makes my throat itchy and I cough and clear my throat so often that it makes it sore. Then my neck and shoulders get achy, I feel my head is heavy and sometimes I feel hot. It makes me restless at night, hardly have a good night’s rest. I get frustrated, because I just want to sit down quietly without feeling this heaviness on my neck and head.

I have been diagnosed and suffered from psoriasis in the last 5 years. I am 23 years old of Caribbean descent. I’ve been to the doctors and hospital for treatment but nothing helped for the problem to go away. I lost my confidence, self esteem and eventually became depressed. I kept away from people when I felt down.

My skin looked bad, spotted; sometimes it was blotches of rash like skin that was itchy, burning.
