I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic after suffering from high blood sugar and hypertension for a long time now.  I also suffered from groin pain, a tingling feeling in my stomach and eczema.  I heard about Doctor Stephen Ferguson by chance one day on the radio and I thought this is the right man for me to solve my health problems.  I booked an appointment and two weeks down the line came in for a consultation at the Natural Health Clinic.

 

Doctor Stephen Ferguson did a full body MOT and a live blood test.  I saw my blood live on screen for the first time in my life!  It was fascinating but the results were not very good.  Doctor Stephen Ferguson took the time to explain to me what my blood was telling me about my health.  My blood pressure was high and so was my blood sugar level when it was tested.  I also told him about my groin pain and skin problem.

I was put on an eight week health plan.  My diet had to change from what it was at the moment.  I take some natural vitamins, a blood cleanser, a non-drying shower gel and vitamin skin cream to apply on my body twice a day.  He put an exercise plan together which he showed me how to do at the clinic and advised to continue at home on a daily basis.

Half way through the health programme, I started to feel an improvement.  I had more energy, my exercises started to get stronger because of the energy I had.  My diabetes and high blood pressure went down and remains normal and I’m only seven weeks into the programme!  My groin pain and tingling stomach discomfort has totally disappeared.  My skin looks conditioned and it feels healthier.

I am an executive director for an organisation, I run and am involved in charities.  On top of that I am also a bank manager.  So to say the least, I lead a demanding lifestyle and enjoy it too.

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic.  I had a superficial thrombosis clot in my right calf of my leg.  I realised I needed to look at what was happening with my blood.

I did go to the GP then on to the hospital consultants two and four years ago.  I suffered from blood clots.  I was given a medicated cream to reduce the swelling in my painful calf.  I was also prescribed antibiotics which I refused.  I preferred the natural health approach.  So, I did not have any reservations in visiting Doctor Stephen Ferguson because he was a natural health practitioner.

He did a full body MOT and we discussed changes to be implemented in my diet.  I also expressed my wish to lose some weight.  He did a live blood test which I could actually see, my own blood live on screen!  Pretty impressive, but not so impressive with the results in my first visit!

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson after suffering from chronic fatigue, blocked digestive problems and feeling very low about myself most days.  I was recommended by my aunt’s friend who went to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson for a live blood test.  She sees him for regular checkups and is happy with her health treated in a natural way.

I like dancing and used to go for classes twice every week.  My constant tiredness became a problem, I find myself sitting at home most days after part time work.  I felt depressed because my friends and at times my family said I was lazy.  I stopped going for dance classes because I was upset with my friends.  I was sleeping a lot when I was home.  I became irritable and found it difficult to express myself with how I felt. I don’t think they wanted to listen to me because I was thought of being lazy!

Before I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson I suffered from crohn’s disease and severe lymphedema. I had severe pain in my lower limb and it was all swollen. I suffered from diarrhoea, stomach pain, tiredness, loss of appetite. I was really unwell for a very long time, and the symptoms were severe especially at the time of relapses. I constantly had blood in my stools and sometimes feeling the urge to go to the toilet even though there was really nothing coming out. On some occasions the diarrhoea was so severe that I would suffer from leaks which was a huge embarrassment. It was very demeaning to me and whenever I had a leak I would feel like a baby in nappies trying to learn being potty trained. I was conscious about eating because every time I ate something I would rush to the toilet. Sometimes I would feel feverish, like my temperature would rise instantly and when this happened I would lose my appetite. I was put on constant medication to help control the severe symptoms. It was difficult for me to walk, was in so much pain and the more I tried to force myself to walk,  the more the swelling increased. I had to leave work and stay at home until I felt better. I was agency employed which means that there was no security on my job in terms of sick pay.

After so much suffering, I decided to come and see Dr Stephen Ferguson for a live blood test.  Various friends had done the live blood test and they recommended me to come and do one, but I was always adamant about it. Anyway my live blood test revealed that my blood circulation was not good. Dr Stephen Ferguson put me on 8 weeks programme which involves taking food supplements and vitamins.

After two weeks on the programme the runny diarrhoea stopped, no waking up at night to run to the toilet, the pain in the limb went down, didn’t have to wear the surgical stockings anymore. Bloating disappeared so I had the freedom to eat whatever I wanted to eat, no medication, didn’t want the look or smell of it. There was no more coughing up blood. Generally my Crohn’s settled down.

By the end of the 8 weeks I was very healthy, no stomach problems, no pain at all. And I had lost 1 stone without even exercising. When Dr Stephen Ferguson did the live blood test this time my blood had changed, even he was surprised and I was surprised and happy. I felt better and healthy. I became aware of what to eat, when to eat and how often to eat.

Dr Stephen Ferguson’s live blood test is worthwhile and the programme is worth taking. I bet it can change so many other people’s lives. I am so glad that I did it. I have not taken any medication since I started the programme and I realised that I don’t need medicine to be healthy, I just need to watch what I eat. I would recommend the live blood test to anyone out there who has not done one to try it. It is life changing.

I was informed about Doctor Stephen Ferguson by a colleague who advised me to try the live blood test at The Natural Health clinic. I was ill with arthritis which left me a disabled woman for fifteen years. I was not eating, if anything not eating well. I could not walk, so I had to use a walking stick all the time. My husband who would have been my carer, passed away  twenty years ago. I have three sons and they are all married with children, so looking after me was a strain to them and their families, but they did their best. They employed a full time carer to give me personal care. So at least I had someone so help me around, do my shopping, take me to the doctors, do my cooking and many more things that I could not do. I was so fed up and tired of my continuous hospital visits that brought no change to the way I felt. I was becoming weak and weaker each day. I felt heavy, and my body ached from not being very active. I developed terrible back pain; I could barely sit down without my bones squeaking. Eventually the doctors decided to carry out an operation thinking that it would relieve the pain. But after the operation, instead the pain just worsened and I had to wear a tummy belt all the time. The surgeons decided that may be I would consider another surgery in the future, which I strongly resist. I got no help from the physios or the orthopaedics.
