I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic when I felt my GP could not help me any further after several visits to the surgery.  I suffered with various health problems that kept me feeling un-well most days.  I suffered with hot flushes, high blood pressure, headaches, insomnia, tiredness and heart palpitations.

A friend who got her problems sorted by Doctor Stephen Ferguson recommended that see him for my problems.  I called and booked for a consultation at his clinic in London.

I was given a full body MOT and a live blood test.  We discussed my lifestyle and daily following menopause.  My blood pressure was high when he took a reading of it.  It didn’t surprise me as I was experiencing frequent headaches, heart palpitations and wasn’t have much sleep before seeing Doctor Stephen Ferguson.  I was on blood pressure medication and had sleeping tablets prescribed by my local GP.  I really felt so low and at times a bit feverish.  My hot flushes were very uncomfortable during the evening and night time.

MY love blood test was not good as expected!  Doctor Stephen Ferguson prescribed for me to take some natural vitamins, a blood cleanser, some protein drinks, a non drying shower gel for bathing and a green skin cream with vitamins in it.  I had to change my daily food and become inventive with it when preparing my daily meals.  I was also given a set of exercise to do at home every day for the next eight weeks.

I feel 100% after being on the programme for eight weeks.  I felt and saw the difference in my body.  My hot flushes were not as bad as before; my blood pressure started to calm down and went back to normal.  My sleep pattern became much better and I was not feeling tired every day.  I stopped taking the sleeping tablets.  My heart palpitations and headaches have completely stopped.  I went back to GP as well to review my medication intake.  He was amazed with my results.  He cut my pressure tablets right down.  I feel so good within myself, energetic and alive.  Doctor Stephen Ferguson comes totally recommended by me!  My daughter has been to see him at the Natural Health Clinic since I raved about him so much!

I suffered with severe rheumatoid arthritis for 16 years.  I was miserable with constant pain and stiffness, anaemia, heart palpitations and fell ill for a couple of weeks every month.  My family was very worried for me.  I constantly went in and out of the GP and hospital.  Over the years my painkillers were increased and the strength increased too.  In a matter of two to three weeks, I would have consumed 30 strong pain killers.  It also gave me some side effects, nausea, extreme fatigue, heart palpitations and constipation.  I really became so low and slept most of the time because I did not have energy and the pain and stiffness really got me down.  Thankfully my close friends were very understanding.  Sometimes I had to cancel at the last minute for any planned social engagements with them.  They always saw me as an ill person because I was ill most of the time!

I was given a live blood test and a full body MOT.  I was prescribed some natural supplements, a blood cleanser, health drinks, diet plan and an exercise routine.  I stuck with the plan and it put me right back to how I should feel with a healthy body!  It is amazing, I have not felt unwell in the last two months, I got rid of my medication that was killing my insides and did not have to take the strong pain killers.  This has been the longest time that I have not been ill or inflicted with pain and stiffness.  I just faithfully stuck to the natural health programme and got my body back.  I sometimes have tears in my eyes recalling all those wasted years of suffering and I am so grateful to Doctor Stephen Ferguson for saving my life.  I appreciate my health and wellbeing more so than I have ever done in my entire life.
