A friend recommended that I see Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic a few months ago.  I suffered with crippling arthritis and could not eat at all.  I went down in health so quickly and felt very weak.  I had two back operations in the past and required a belt or brace to support my back.  I had laminectomy done twice on my back in hospital when medication and injections failed to relieve my back pain.  It was a surgical procedure where the outer layer of my spinal bone was removed to relieve the pressure on the nerves on my back bone. I think Doctor Stephen Ferguson is one of the best things that had happened in my life!  I suppose you can say that I am ever so grateful to him for changing my life round to one of health and wellbeing.  I was struggling with my weight for a long time, experience frequent general with breathlessness, poor circulation and the occasional passing of small amounts of blood in my stools due to constipation problems.

I had a rare scarred lung disease.  This was confirmed by hospital consultants after numerous trips to my GP and hospital.  The colour of my skin on my legs was dark and almost black due to lack of oxygen to the lower parts of my body.  You usually hear of Doctors prescribing medication to take home but in my case, it was prescribing oxygen tanks for my home and portable oxygen to carry around if I had to go out!  I had to be on oxygen for sixteen hours every day.  I was alarmed and scared for my health; I couldn’t stay home for sixteen hours a day hooked up to an oxygen tank.  I couldn’t live like that; I was only a young woman.  I took steroid tablets too.  I started to gain a lot of weight.  I feel tired easily.  I suffered from constant headaches and sometimes migraine.  I was fearful to go for a holiday, let alone being aloud on the plane with a number of portable oxygen tanks!  What a way to live and what future will I have?

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic twelve weeks ago.  I had low haemoglobin levels, my skin and hair didn’t look healthy.  I was losing more hair than usual.  I felt generally tired most of the day.  I also had a weight problem which I found difficult to lose.  Generally, didn’t think my health was not that great.  I could feel a lot better with myself but needed some guidance and motivation to change my lifestyle with some direction.  I got that help from Doctor Stephen Ferguson.  He really encouraged and motivated me to change my lifestyle and habits with a routine natural health programme.
