My daughter has been suffering from chronic stomach aches since the age of two.  She is now eight years old.  She has always been unwell for the longest of while.  She suffered from stomach cramps, nausea, sickness, pains in her legs and bad headaches.

I have been in and out of GP surgeries and hospitals constantly, at least twice weekly visits to the medical doctor for her dreadful stomach pains.  She has been referred to three different hospitals and specialists over time.  None seem to get to the bottom of her chronic pains in the stomach.

I visited Doctor Stephen Ferguson two months after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis by the hospital consultant.  I also suffered from mild asthma since childhood.

Now suffering with rheumatoid arthritis, I had frequent asthma flare ups which did not help at all!   But what really got me down was the recent diagnose of rheumatoid arthritis.  I thought arthritis was for older people, not at- my age a young able woman!  The hospital consultant prescribed medication and anti inflammatory drugs.  The medications were strong.  It made me nauseous and sick.  I lost my appetite.  I had to force myself to eat, so that I could take the medication in the mornings.  After taking the tablets, I had to wait a while for the feeling of sickness to subside. If I don’t take it, my pain was unbearable during the day.  By the evening I felt a burning feeling in my upper tummy.

I brought my son to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson following my friend’s recommendation.  I took him to the Natural Health Clinic after many trips to the GP and my son was not getting any better.

My son suffers from asthma, skin allergies and painful boils on the head.  It got my son down; he became irritable and at times sluggish.  I found it difficult to manage him at home, sometimes I felt helpless when I see him unresponsive.  I let him be as he wants at times because I did not have the heart to be too strict with him.  He was not interacting well with his school mates; his school nurse had a chat with me about it.  His school work suffered because he was ill most times.

I have been suffering from hepatitis C for a very long time.  I did not know that I had it until I went to the hospital for being sickly. I felt run down, always having flu, my body ached and at times I had a rash which I did not know how I got it.   I went to my GP, had many blood tests then was referred to the hospital and I underwent some treatments and medication.  I did not feel like I was getting better.  Sometimes I was ok, other times I was still sickly.  Sometimes, some of the medication did not help, I became worse.  I started becoming anaemic when I went for further blood tests.    I became depressed because my blood and liver were not good.  I did not feel as though I was getting any better.  I was tired most of the time, had no energy to do things and felt really miserable.  Going in and out of hospital was not a life I expected.  My appetite became poor, I suffered from stomach pain and my body aches became part of me.  I was told that hepatitis is not curable.  I can take medication to control it.  I did not want to accept that.  So I went to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson.  A friend of mine recommended that I see him for some help.  He was a natural doctor.

I am not young in body but unfortunately old in body suffering with aches and pains and the nagging high blood pressure!  I don’t expect miracles for everything to go away all at once but would like if my blood pressure and aches are more in control.  I see my Doctor regularly for health check-ups and blood tests.  My tablets keep on changing because sometimes my blood pressure keeps on giving me headaches, sometimes my heart and chest feels funny and I get dizzy spells.

My son booked an appointment for me to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson.  He heard about Doctor Stephen from attending a health seminar and also through some of his friends.  I went to see Doctor Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic with my son.  He is such a nice Doctor.  He was gentle and kind to me.  I am a bit hard of hearing but his voice is loud and he repeats back to me to make sure I understand even though my son was there to speak with him.  I told him about my pressure problems, the headaches, dizziness and also the aches and pains in my body.  I told him the main thing is for my pressure to go down.  And if he can help me with my pain the shoulder and knees.

Doctor Stephen Ferguson gave me a full body MOT.  He gave me a plan for me to eat, rest, simple gentle exercise at home, some drinks and vitamins.  He did a blood test on me and showed it to me on the screen.  It did not look very good I think, because Doctor Stephen Ferguson said he will check it again when I come in four weeks time.  My son also bought me a cream to put on my hands and legs.  My skin is very dry.

After a couple of weeks, I started to feel better.  My blood pressure has gone down so much.  I don’t feel scared or that terrible headache or dizziness.  I try to do the exercise at home to move my legs and arms.  I don’t feel that stiff.  After two months, I can say, I am so much better than what I was before.  The blood pressure still remains but it is not high anymore. My GP cut down my tablets.  I told him what I was doing and trying to do the natural way to help my health.

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson after being introduced by my close friend.  She was concerned I felt low with my health problems for a few months now.  I have several different problems on the go, sometimes, I feel so fed up and helpless. My daughter booked an appointment for me with Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic.  She heard about him from her friend who brought her mother to see him having the same type of problems I have.  My daughter’s friend was pleased to see her mother was doing so much better for herself after seeing Doctor Stephen.

I have been going to the doctors over the years, but my problems were still there.  The only that changed, were the tablets and injections that I took on a regular basis.  I am an insulin dependent diabetic.  I take insulin injections twice a day.  I do it myself.  But if I am unwell, sometimes my rheumatism flares up and I get bad headaches and feel weak.  My daughter comes over to help me out and she gives me my insulin injections and my medication.

I am careful with what I eat.  I make sure I eat regularly.  I do my own chores at home need a little support from my daughter now and again to do a little food shopping.  Sometimes I get very tired, or my blood pressure is up and I have to rest the whole day.

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic.  I was recommended by a family friend after she was treated by him.

I have been suffering from heavy and painful periods for a long time.  Over time, this has made me weak and tired most of the time.  I find it difficult to concentrate at times.  I worry because I have a lot of studying and exams at university.  My tiredness and concentration gets in the way in providing my research work on time. When my period is approaching, my breast feels tender and uncomfortable, my lower tummy feels heavy and I experience a nagging back pain radiating to my left or right thigh.  I take time out from classes and doing my studies when I have my periods.  In the first few days, it is so bad; I huddle in bed with a hot water bottle on my tummy and take regular painkillers to subside the pain.  At times the cramps are so bad that I feel sick and nauseous.  It really gets me down when my time of the month is approaching.  I have to plan around doing things when I know it is due and worry if I have exams or extra studies to cope with.  I went to the doctors several times, who prescribed painkillers and I was also diagnosed with anaemia which went on for years although I was taking tablets to help with it.

I was suffering from different ailments for a long while.  I suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes type II, arthritis, skin dryness and itchiness and I feel tired most of the times.  My general health was just so poor before I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson.  I felt frustrated living with my health conditions which just did not seem to go away.  I heard about Doctor Stephen Ferguson from a friend of mine who visited him at the Natural Health Clinic.  I called and booked an appointment to see him to see if he could help me.

I was glad to have kept to my appointment to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson.  I explained my different ailments to him.  He was very patient in listening to me.  I told him about how my arthritis was getting me down.  My knees were painful and tender most times. It got worse when I was on my feet for long hours.  My work required me to be on my feet most times.  By the end of the day, I am so tired and miserable because of the pain.  The painkillers prescribed to me reduced the pain to a dull ache and at times causes heartburn which makes it difficult for me to sleep at night.  I was also tabled controlled for my diabetes.  My blood sugar level was always fluctuating.  Sometimes it caused dizziness.  I sometimes experience headaches because of my high blood pressure.  My skin was extremely dry and at times itchy.  I had dry blotchy skin patches on my arms and legs.  Sometimes it became inflamed when I scratch it.  It made me irritable at times when trying my best not to scratch it, especially after applying various skin creams to sooth my skin.

I heard about Doctor Stephen Ferguson when I attended one of his health seminars recently.  My boyfriend read his book called, “How to Master Your Health and Happiness” and encouraged me to see him.  I booked an appointment with him after the seminar.  There was a bit of a waiting list.  I wanted to do a full body health MOT the natural way so went ahead with it.

I seem to have a low immune system.  I pick up colds very easily.  Not just during winter but if I am home with family, if any one of them catches a cold, I seem to get it too!  My breathing is usually shallow because of my constant sniffling and blocked nose.  My head always feels heavy, my appetite comes and goes and I eat more carbohydrates when I have a cold because I feel low in energy.

I also noticed that my skin is dry and blotchy, at times itchy, sometimes red,, other times more itchy and tender, it leaves a dark mark on my skin when I scratch in the night while sleeping.
