I was recommended by a family friend to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic. I suffered with acne and Diabetes Type 1 also known as juvenile diabetes. I had diabetes when I was still young in age. I had numerous trips to the GP and hospital. My blood sugar level was not always the way I would have it to be more, perhaps more in control. I started to develop big spots on my face which embarrassed me. I worked in a nursery with children and being teased by little kids was not helping at all! My insulin was controlled by a small insulin pump and small amounts of insulin were fed into me through a needle under my skin. The insulin pump was hidden within my clothing attire. I have learnt to live with my insulin therapy but could get better with my diet and general lifestyle to stay healthy.
Doctor Stephen Ferguson did a full body MOT and a live blood test. There was a lot of stuff in my blood cells that shouldn’t be there when compared to the cells of a healthy person. I was given a prescribed diet and exercise routine to do at home and the occasional gym trips and cardio exercises. I had to change my diet and include fresh natural foods. To supplement my diet, I took some natural vitamins, pH blood cleanser, natural protein drinks, shower gel for cleansing and apply a skin conditioning cream with vitamins in it.
I came back to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson after four weeks and eight weeks in the programme. My skin has improved tremendously. The marks on my face, neck, back and chest have healed with minimal scarring. Thankfully the skin on my face looks good, brighter and healthy. I feel more energised. I lost a stone in weight in 4 weeks. I now maintain my weight for optimal health. My blood sugar level is constantly well under control and I feel more confident and happier within myself.
