I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic after suffering from painful arthritis in my knees.  I was put on painkillers to help control the pain when walking.  I generally felt weak and stiff in the body and wanted some help to get rid of my painful arthritis.  The medication given to me helped control the pain but it was not helping to get rid of it.  I sometimes suffered from side-effects such as a burning feeling in my chest and at times constipation.  I was concerned.  I did not suffer from constipation and heartburn pains in the past.  I also did not want to start using a stick to get me around.  I am an independent senior citizen and I was not willing to start depending on others to get by.  I enjoy the occasional travel abroad every year and did not wish to stop my eventful trips to the Caribbean.

I booked an appointment for a consultation.  He did a live blood test and a full body MOT on me.  He put me on an eight week health programme.  The programme involved taking natural vitamins, a blood cleanser, some health drinks and a conditioning skin cream with vitamins to rub on my body and to warm up the circulation around my knees and legs.  I was prescribed a gentle exercise routine to do every day and some body movements a couple of times during the day to get my circulation going.  She showed me how to do my exercise at the clinic in my initial consultation with him.

I went to see twice for my chekup and I was amazed at the before and after difference in just a couple of weeks.  My knee pain started to subside in two weeks; my overall body stiffness disappeared by the third week.  My live blood results at the end of the eight week programme was spectacular than what it was prior to starting the programme.  I even lost a stone in weight.  I feel so right and amazing with my overall health and my arthritic pain has not returned, it has been three months since I last felt any pain in my knee joints.  I do need to take my painkillers too.  I have resorted to keep to the health programme and stick to it for lifetime wellbeing!  Thank you so much Doctor Stephen Ferguson!  I totally recommend the eight week programme to people who suffer from arthritis like me.  I have recommended five people to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson since my treatment and they have all been very satisfied with their individual treatments too!
